Accessing Help

You can access Help for the Web Client by clicking on the Help icon on the Web Client toolbar.

To Access Web Client Help

1. Navigate to the Web Client in your browser.
2. Click the Help button on the Web Client Toolbar. The Help Viewer opens in a separate tab or window (depending on your browser settings) and you can browse the Help topics.

Help Navigation

The C•CURE 9000 Web Client Help has the navigiation buttons shown in Table 2.

Button

Description

Hide Navigation – Toggles the navigation pane that shows the Contents and Index.

Show Navigation – Click to display the Help Table of Contents.

Contents - Click to display the Help Table of Contents.

Table of Contents Closed - Click to expand the Table of Contents.

Table of Contents Open - Click to close the Table of Contents.

Index – Click to display the Help Index.

Search – Type in a Search term or phrase and click this button to display a list of search results.

Expand All - You can click this button to toggle between showing or hiding dynamic content. For example, if you click this button while viewing the "Welcome to the Web Client" topic, the Copyright statements expands to show more detailed copyright information. Click this button again to "Collaspe All" expanded information.

Print topic – Click to open a print preview dialog box to print the current help topic to a printer or to save it as a PDF.

Navigate Next – Click to go to the next Help topic in the Table of Contents.

Navigate Previous - Click to go to the previous Help topic in the Table of Contents.
